Arrange samples to your customers per request
Assist in sourcing inquiries
Price negotiation with suppliers
Assist in product development
Assist sales presentations during buying trips and follow up with customer requests afterwards.
Provide outstanding order report
Issue PO to vendor on behalf of your company
Issue order confirmation to customer on behalf of your company
Follow up shipments and prepare full set of shipping documents to your customers
Follow up payment with end customers
Settle invoice with vendor as per agreed payment terms
QC inspection
